an idea as small as a seed
Everyone deserves the opportunity to reconnect with plants and feel confident bringing more nature into their everyday lives.

Before creating Little Pantry Botanical, my career was rooted in public health and clinical research, where I spent years educating and supporting patients and families. Those experiences taught me that knowledge alone is not enough. People need guidance, encouragement, and someone willing to meet them where they are.
My own path to plants began with a desire to grow my own food and create a more intentional relationship with nature. That curiosity grew into a passion for herbs, gardening, and the traditions that connect people with plants across generations.
Now, as a forever student of herbalism, I am continuing to learn and explore the many ways plants can support everyday life while sharing beginner-friendly education with my community.
Little Pantry Botanical is a place for curious beginners who want to learn without feeling overwhelmed. Through gardening, herbal education, and seasonal experiences, my goal is to help people grow their confidence and create a meaningful connection with the botanical world.

My philosophy is simple: respect what we know, acknowledge what we don’t know, and always approach plants with curiosity, care, and responsibility.
